We realize the intellectual property contained in your data is a valuable part of your business and we take its protection very seriously. Below is a list of practices we employ to ensure its safe handling and keep it more secure than if it were on your own computer.
Control. You have complete control over your data and can change your logins, passwords and other access information, such as developer keys and API tokens at anytime, thereby terminating AffiliateReporting.com’s access to your data.
Data Purge. All affiliate network data, search engine data, and associated performance data are immediately purged from AffiliateReporting.com upon the termination of your trial or paid subscription.
Encryption. Your sensitive access information, including logins and passwords, are all encrypted.
Our Environment. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that the software and hardware in our environment are secure, including hosting in a premium and secure managed environment at Rackspace, "The World's Leader in Hosting".
Our People.
- We have a trusted development team that is carefully screened, managed, and has worked with us for years.
- Each individual is bound by agreements that prevent them from compromising our intellectual property or yours.
- Access to data is limited only to key development personnel.
- All work is completed in-house. We do NOT outsource work to foreign countries, avoiding the risk of lax intellectual
property laws and ethics, the risk of compromised security is not worth the savings.
Our Business. Our business is providing software solutions to the performance marketing industry, not pilfering data.

Our Word...In Writing. There are people in the performance marketing industry that wear many hats and have privileged access to data that they use for their own benefit. We understand this, but we are not those people. The treatment of your intellectual property is addressed in our Privacy Policy, Master Software Agreement, and the AffiliateReporting.com Program Terms.
